What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (local time zones may vary). If you reach out after hours, we’ll respond as soon as possible the next business day.

How long does it usually take to get a response?

Most chat and email requests are answered within a few hours during business hours. For more complex issues, we’ll keep you updated on the timeline and next step
